25h Heimat is the first residential project by East and West Properties in collaboration with the 25hours brand, introducing a distinctive lifestyle concept that redefines modern urban living. Inspired by the idea of “home” from its German heritage, the development integrates hospitality-driven services into everyday life, creating a residence that goes beyond traditional housing and focuses on individuality, creativity, and experience.
