Bulgari Lighthouse is an exclusive residential landmark offering a collection of 4- and 5-bedroom penthouses suspended between the sea and sky. Inspired by the natural form of coral and the timeless elegance of Bulgari, the architecture combines sculptural design with privacy, protection, and panoramic waterfront living. As the tower rises, its distinctive architectural plates gradually broaden, creating larger living spaces and an increasingly light and elegant silhouette.

The penthouses offer a selection of spacious layouts designed around comfort, privacy, and exceptional views.
