The landscaping and outdoor environments, designed by Cracknell, integrate lush greenery with carefully planned public and private spaces, creating a seamless connection between nature and architecture. High ceilings throughout the residences amplify the sense of openness, while sustainable materials reinforce a soft, refined aesthetic. Expansive layouts are oriented to capture uninterrupted 360-degree views of the sea, enhancing the feeling of tranquility and exclusivity.

The interiors are designed by Studio Carter, combining natural elegance with contemporary opulence. Warm-toned walnut flooring, bronze accents, and plaster-finished walls create a rich yet calming atmosphere. Bedrooms feature spacious his-and-hers walk-in wardrobes, while bathrooms are finished with royal beige marble, bronze-framed mirrors, and sculptural detailing that evokes a spa-like sense of luxury.
